The Role
We are looking for a skilled hybrid engineer to join a dedicated, specialized team focused on driving

the Quality Engineering strategy across our area. Instead of working within a single product squad,

you will use your full-stack development skills to help build and maintain internal platforms, tooling,

and robust automation frameworks that empower all engineering teams to deliver with excellence.

Reporting to an Engineering Manager, you will act as a key bridge between software development

and quality assurance. You will collaborate on solutions that enhance system resilience, automate

testing scenarios, and elevate our technical standards. If you are a builder who loves solving

structural problems, writing clean code (from Go to React), and creating tools that make other

developers' lives easier, this is the role for you

What You’ll Be Doing

• Platform & Tooling Development: Use your full-stack skills to develop and maintaininternal tools, dashboards (React/Next.js), and backend services (Golang) designed tomonitor and enhance product quality.
• Quality Strategy Execution: Collaborate with senior engineers and management toimplement and evolve the quality engineering strategy, helping to establish best practicesand metrics for product teams.
• Automation Frameworks: Build, maintain, and scale test automation frameworks (API,Integration, End-to-End) that can be easily adopted by distributed product teams.
• Resilience Engineering: Help design and implement automated processes thatcontinuously validate system resilience, data integrity, and high availability across ourarchitecture.
• CI/CD Integration: Work on integrating testing platforms directly into our CI/CD pipelines,ensuring deployments remain rapid, reliable, and automated.
• Quality Advocacy: Act as a quality advocate for product squads. Participate in cross-teamcode reviews and help champion Test-Driven approaches (like BDD and ATDD).

What You’ll Bring

• Software Development Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience with back-end programming(e.g., Golang, C#) and working experience (1+ years) in front-end development with Reactand its ecosystem.
• Quality & Automation Focus: Experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test(SDET), Quality Engineer, or a Full-Stack Developer with a heavy focus on automatedtesting and tooling.
• System Architecture & Resilience: Good understanding of system design, data flow, andexperience working with distributed systems and messaging (e.g., Kafka, SQS, Kinesis).
• Testing Frameworks: Practical knowledge of testing at the API layer (e.g., REST), UIautomation, and an understanding of BDD and ATDD methodologies. Database Knowledge: Experience with SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) andfamiliarity with NoSQL (e.g., DynamoDB) or caching (e.g., Redis).
• DevOps & Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control(Git/GitHub), Linux navigation, and basic shell scripting.
• Communication: Clear and collaborative communication skills, with the ability to documenttechnical designs, write runbooks, and work proactively in a dynamic environment.
