• Salary of £39,823 – £47,434 per annum plus market premia and retention payments (DOE)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of children and young people within the Children in Care Team
• Complete statutory visits, assessments, care planning and permanence planning
• Undertake direct work with children and ensure their voices are central to decision-making
• Work collaboratively with families, carers and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes

For This Role You Will Need

• A recognised Social Work qualification and Social Work England registration
• Successful completion of the ASYE programme and experience within statutory children's services
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes
• Strong assessment, safeguarding and relationship-building skills
