About This Opportunity

Join the UNIQLO Future Leaders Internship Programme and gain hands-on exposure to social media marketing within a fast-paced retail environment. As a Social Media Marketing Intern, you will work closely with the SNS team to support content development, social media campaigns, community engagement, and content performance analysis. Through real business assignments, you will gain valuable experience in content creation, social media management, trend analysis, and digital storytelling while contributing to UNIQLO's brand presence across digital platforms.

What You Will Learn

By the end of the internship, you will:

• Understand how social media marketing supports brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and creation of social media content, including static posts, short-form videos, Stories, and Reels.

• Assist in planning and maintaining social media content calendars and campaign schedules.

• Research social media trends, consumer interests, and platform best practices to support content ideation.

• Coordinate content production activities with internal stakeholders and external partners.

• Monitor content performance, community engagement, and social media metrics to identify improvement opportunities.

Potential Projects

• Support social media campaigns and content initiatives that drive customer engagement and brand awareness.

• Participate in content planning, creation, and community engagement activities across digital platforms.

• Assist in content performance analysis, trend research, and reporting activities that support social media effectiveness.

Who Should Apply

• Are pursuing Marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communication, Advertising, Digital Marketing, Branding, Design Communication, Digital Film Production, or related disciplines.

• Have a strong interest in social media marketing, content creation, and digital storytelling.

• Are passionate about fashion, consumer trends, and brand communication.

• Have experience using content creation and editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.

• Possess strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.
