We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead GCash's social media content strategy across key campaigns and always-on initiatives. In this role, you will develop engaging, social-first content that strengthens our brand, grows our online communities, and drives meaningful customer engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and agency partners to deliver high-impact campaigns while staying ahead of social media trends and platform innovations.

You will be responsible for the following:

• Develop and lead the social media content strategy for key campaigns and always-on content across GCash's owned social media channels.

• Create and manage content plans that align with marketing objectives and drive engagement, brand affinity, and positive sentiment.

• Translate integrated marketing campaigns into social-first strategies and platform-specific content.

• Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and audience insights to identify new content opportunities and innovations.

• Lead post-campaign analysis and reporting to evaluate performance and recommend improvements.

• Drive audience growth and sustained engagement across social media platforms through relevant and high-quality content.

• Provide direction on content execution, copywriting, publishing schedules, and channel management.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agency partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

• Coach and guide team members and agency partners throughout campaign planning, execution, and reporting.

• Support administrative activities related to supplier coordination and payment processing.

• Partner with the Social Media Head to identify opportunities that strengthen GCash's thought leadership in the digital and social media space.
   

We are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Media, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content strategy.

• Strong experience developing and executing social media content strategies for brands or advertising/digital agencies.

• Proven ability to create engaging content that aligns with business and marketing objectives.

• Strong understanding of major social media platforms, audience behavior, trends, and performance metrics.

• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills with a good eye for design and visual content.

• Experience analyzing campaign performance and translating insights into actionable recommendations.

• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• A collaborative team player who can also work independently.

• Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn in a high-growth environment.

• Willing to work in a hybrid setup.
