What you’ll be doing

As part of your role, your responsibilities will include:

Social Media Design and Content Creation

• Create and develop engaging social media content, visual concepts, layouts, and creative assets for various digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
• Design static posts, carousels, stories, reels, animations, banners, and other social-first creative assets that align with campaign objectives.
• Interpret and execute creative briefs from concept through to final delivery, ensuring content is platform-appropriate and audience-focused.
• Deliver work that is aligned with brand guidelines, visual identity, and tone of voice across all social media channels.
• Adapt and resize creative assets for multiple platforms and formats while maintaining consistency and quality.
• Ensure all content is optimized for engagement, performance, and user experience across digital channels.
• Develop a strong understanding of our products, target audiences, and regional market requirements to create relevant and impactful content.
• Remain agile and responsive to urgent business needs, emerging trends, and real-time content opportunities.
• Stay informed about the latest social media trends, platform updates, content formats, tools, and best practices.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality creative work within agreed deadlines.

Social Media Conceptualisation and Ideation

• Develop innovative and engaging social media concepts based on campaign briefs, marketing objectives, and audience insights.
• Contribute to the development and execution of overarching campaign ideas across social and digital channels.
• Generate fresh, original, and proactive content ideas that drive engagement, brand awareness, and business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to create reactive, trend-driven, and culturally relevant content.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of social media audiences, content consumption behaviors, and platform-specific best practices.
• Support content planning by contributing creative ideas for social media calendars, campaigns, and always-on content initiatives.

Collaboration and Communication

• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, creative, and stakeholder teams to develop effective social media campaigns and content.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative input to support campaign development and business objectives.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with team members, stakeholders, and external partners where required.
• Present and communicate design concepts confidently while remaining open to feedback, revisions, and constructive criticism.
• Provide guidance and creative support to junior designers and team members when needed.
• Share social media best practices, industry trends, and innovative creative approaches with the wider team.
• Actively contribute to a positive team culture and foster strong cross-functional collaboration.
• Attend daily stand-up meetings and project status discussions with the studio and marketing teams.
• Follow direction and guidance from your lead while proactively identifying opportunities to improve creative output and processes.

Essential skills you’ll bring to the table

The necessary skills that we require for this role include:

• 3-year Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design or Design Communication
• 5+ years’ experience in a design/ multimedia role
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft office
• Able to apply a corporate identity in a creative way
• Excellent time management and project management skills for self to meet deadlines.
• Ability to apply trends and best practice in practical and effective ways to the brand and business
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with a focus on achieving shared goals.
• Expertise in managing projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within scope.
• Attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality in all outputs.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities, maintaining effectiveness in dynamic situations.
• Excellent teamwork and ability to work with leadership towards team combined goals.
• Ensure due diligence and best practice in file setup, management, and sharing.

• Knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends.
• Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry
