Social Content Designer – Instagram, LinkedIn & Brand Creative | Remote

About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Social Content Designer with strong visual taste who can transform an existing library of photography, brand assets, and creative direction into polished, ready-to-publish social content.
This is a fractional, execution-focused creative role, not a social media strategy or management position. We provide the direction and assets; you turn them into high-quality Instagram and LinkedIn posts, graphics, and carousels while helping maintain a consistent backlog of finished content ready to publish.
What You’ll Own
Social Content Design
- Design polished content for Instagram and LinkedIn
- Create single-image posts, graphics, and multi-slide carousels
- Transform existing photography and brand assets into engaging social creative
- Translate provided creative direction into finished designs
- Maintain consistent visual quality across social content
- Adapt creative for different social formats and placements
Brand & Visual Consistency
- Work within established brand guidelines and creative direction
- Maintain consistency across typography, layout, imagery, and visual hierarchy
- Use strong design judgment to elevate existing assets
- Ensure every piece of content feels cohesive with the broader brand
- Create premium, intentional designs rather than generic or template-driven content
Content Production & Backlog
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of completed social creative
- Build and maintain a backlog of finished content ready to publish
- Manage multiple creative requests efficiently
- Incorporate feedback accurately and quickly
- Keep design files and creative assets organized
- Deliver finished assets in appropriate formats for publishing
Requirements
- Professional experience in graphic design, social media design, content design, or a similar creative role
- Strong visual taste and attention to detail
- Portfolio demonstrating polished social or digital design work
- Experience designing for Instagram and/or LinkedIn
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to work effectively from existing brand assets and creative direction
- Comfortable producing content consistently and efficiently
- Strong organizational and file-management skills
- Ability to receive feedback and translate it into polished creative
- Comfortable working in a fractional, remote capacity
Preferred Skills
- Strong experience with Figma
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop
- Strong carousel design experience
- Experience designing for both Instagram and LinkedIn
- Experience working within established brand systems
- Ability to work efficiently with large photography and creative asset libraries

You’ll receive photography, brand assets, and creative direction for upcoming content. From there, you’ll turn those materials into polished Instagram or LinkedIn posts and carousels, incorporate feedback, prepare final assets, and organize completed creative for publishing.
