Job Purpose:

We are looking for a Social Commerce Manager to take full ownership of TikTok Shop as a strategic growth channel, driving end-to-end channel strategy, commercial planning, P&L delivery, and platform partnership. This role requires a commercially strong profile who can build the right growth building blocks, translate category and platform opportunities into clear business plans, and lead execution with accountability for GMV, margin, investment efficiency, and overall channel health. Working closely with Internal stakeholders, Platforms, Agencies, and other external partners, you will orchestrate content, livestream, creator, and affiliate ecosystems as channel growth levers, while ensuring strong commercial governance and execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
TikTok Shop Channel Strategy & Full Ownership

• Own TikTok Shop as a strategic Social Commerce channel with clear growth ambition, priorities, and roadmap.
• Develop channel strategy and annual commercial plans, including category growth drivers, campaign calendar, traffic, conversion, and retention building blocks.
• Translate business ambition into actionable plans with clear ownership, milestones, investment needs, and performance tracking.

Commercial Planning, P&L & Performance Management

• Own GMV, revenue, margin, A&P efficiency, pricing, promotion, and investment effectiveness for TikTok Shop.
• Lead building-block commercial planning across portfolio, hero SKUs, campaign moments, platform mechanics, content, affiliate, livestream, and media support.
• Monitor channel performance, identify growth gaps and upside opportunities, and drive corrective actions with data-driven recommendations.

Platform Partnership & Key Account Management

• Build and manage senior-level partnership with TikTok Shop to unlock platform programs, visibility, traffic, data, and commercial opportunities.
• Lead JBP discussions, campaign negotiations, platform investment planning, and performance reviews with clear business outcomes.
• Stay ahead of platform trends, policy changes, competitor movements, and new growth mechanics to sharpen channel competitiveness.

Cross-functional Leadership & Execution Excellence

• Lead cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Affiliate/Content/Media management team, Finance, Supply, Legal/Regulatory, TikTok Shop, and external partners to deliver channel plans.
• Set clear briefs, KPIs, governance, commercial terms, and performance expectations for content, livestream, affiliate, and creator-led activities.
• Ensure store operation readiness, including assortment, pricing, promotion, availability, fulfillment, ratings, PDP quality, and conversion fundamentals.
• Drive disciplined execution rhythm through clear planning, tracking, issue escalation, and post-campaign learning.

KPIs:

• TikTok Shop revenue, margin, and P&L delivery (A&P efficiency, ROAS, conversion rate, and investment effectiveness)
• Channel building-block delivery across traffic, conversion, content, affiliate, livestream, and platform programs
• Platform partnership quality, agency performance, and store health metrics

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, Social Commerce, or Commercial roles, with strong exposure to TikTok Shop or similar marketplace/social commerce platforms.
• Proven track record in owning or leading a high-growth online channel with clear accountability for GMV, revenue, margin, investment efficiency, and business delivery.
• Strong expertise in:
• Channel strategy and commercial growth planning
• Building-block planning, P&L management, and performance optimization
• Platform partnership, JBP, agency management, and cross-functional stakeholder leadership
• Prefer candidates currently handling similar Social Commerce / TikTok Shop channel ownership roles on the brand side, ideally within FMCG, Beauty, Health, or consumer healthcare categories.
