We have 2 positions available in Turkey Country Site Activation, one for a Sr Site Activation Specialist and one for a Contract Negotiator.

Requirements for Sr Site Activation Specialist:

• B Sc Degree in Life Sciences or related field

• 3 years experience in clinical trial submissions, particularly MoH and Ethics Committee (CEC) initial applications, preferably gained within a CRO environment supporting multiple sponsors.

• Good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and sponsors

• Ability to work on multiple projects

Requirements for Contract Negotiator:

• Bachelor's Degree in Law or related field

• Candidate with legal background who has 3 years experience in clinical trial contracts

• Good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and sponsors

• Ability to work on multiple projects

Job Overview:

Support country-level activities related to site activation, start-up, and clinical trial agreements (CTAs). This role plays a key part in ensuring timely study initiation, compliance with regulations, and effective contract and budget management. As a Senior Site Activation Specialist, you will work and lead complex projects under general supervision, serve as Single Point of Contact in assigned studies for investigative sites, Site Activation Manager, Project Management team, and other departments as necessary. You will also ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, quality of designated deliverables and project timelines. You will perform feasibility, site ID, start up and site activation activities according to applicable regulations, SOPs and work instructions, along with distributing completed documents to sites and internal project team members.
