About the Role

The SFE Manager is an operational support role responsible for the day-to-day effectiveness and usability of all sales systems. The role ensures smooth onboarding of new users, accurate and up-to-date system data, and reliable Firstline support for end-users. Acting as the primary contact point for system questions and issues, the role works closely with Global Tech service teams to ensure timely resolution and consistent system performance. Example in-scope sales systems: Trade Spend Management (TSM), Customer Business Planning (CBP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM – FSFA / Veeva), Image Recognition (TRAX).

Key Responsibilities

• Super User: Act as the systems expert for organization, identifying system and process requirements and acting on them with rest of local organization and global tech teams.
• Training: Conduct onboarding and refresher trainings for users, ensuring correct system access, understanding of core functionalities, and compliance with defined processes.
• Data Governance: Maintain data quality and accuracy within in-scope systems, including regular updates, validations, and upload activities in line with business and system requirements.
• Documentation: create and maintain documentation for inscope systems, including instruction guides (eg SOP, process flows) and FAQs.
• Consultation: Act as the point of contact for sales and commercial end‑users, responding to system questions, issues, and basic troubleshooting requests.
• Issue & Incident Management: Investigate issues, document clear problem statements, and raise tickets with Global Tech service teams when technical resolution is required.
• Process Improvement: identify opportunities to streamline, automate or outsource activities while maintaining system ownership.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working with sales systems in an operational, support, or administrative role – for example Veeva, SAP.
• Strong attention to detail and experience maintaining data accuracy and system hygiene.
• Basic understanding of service management processes (e.g. ticketing, issue escalation, user support).
• Strong communication skills and a customer oriented mindset when supporting end-users.
• Ability to work independently, manage routine activities, and follow defined processes consistently.
