As a SES Operation and Strategy Leader - Director, you will lead the charge in developing innovative software solutions that drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Software and Product Innovation practice, you will use your technical skills and creative thinking to design, code, and test applications that revolutionize industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. You will be instrumental in driving business growth, shaping client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders.

Responsibilities

- Leading the development and implementation of innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance
- Overseeing the design, coding, and testing of applications that deliver exceptional user experiences and revolutionize industries
- Managing client engagements and fostering relationships to maximize satisfaction and business growth
- Mentoring and guiding teams in software engineering practices, promoting creativity and problem-solving
- Driving thought leadership by developing new ideas, solutions, and structures within the software engineering domain
- Promoting technological advances and creating environments where people and technology thrive together
- Identifying market gaps and converting opportunities into successful outcomes for the firm
- Validating compliance with professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
- Utilizing skills in Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD), API Management, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) to optimize software development processes
- Encouraging the use of microservices and enterprise application architecture to enhance scalability and integration

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
