The Services ITR Manager is responsible for maintaining strong credibility with assigned customer accounts and serving as the primary customer interface. This role is accountable for customer account management, commercial growth, and operational excellence, while ensuring safe and effective ITR operations through rigorous Daily Management and Standard Work to deliver customer value and achieve business objectives.Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Lead flow services growth in the assigned customer accounts.
- Maintain close and consistent communication with customers to understand plant operational challenges and requirements related to parts, repairs, and maintenance.
- Analyze the competitive landscape and execute accounts strategies.
- Identify, develop, negotiate, and close opportunities while strengthening long-term customer relationships.
- Own and deliver financial performance metrics for assigned accounts, including contribution margin and cash performance.
- Deliver operational performance across key metrics, including safety, quality, delivery, cost and outage standards.
- Lead planning and execution of outages including parts, field service, repairs and call out.
- Manage parts and services demand fulfilment, including logistics plan for the assigned country.
- Support order management activities, forecasting, billing and collection.
You will perform these responsibilities through:
- Rigorous Outage End to End process, Standard Work, and Daily Management
- Compliance with safety, quality and all applicable processes and policies.
- Strong teamwork, engagement, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the power generation industry.
- Demonstrated knowledge of steam turbine and generator maintenance, outage planning and execution.
- Proven track record of services sales and operations.
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly.
- Effective communication skill in English.
