Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise ServiceNow solutions for clients across Singapore and the ASEAN region.
This role combines deep technical architecture expertise with strong business consulting capabilities. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding solution strategy, driving architecture governance, and ensuring successful implementation across ServiceNow Technology Workflows and Enterprise Workflows.
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules, including CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HAM, SAM, IRM, SPM, App Engine and Now Assist, and be capable of providing technical leadership throughout the solution lifecycle, from pre-sales and solution design through implementation and post-go-live optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Delivery
Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients.
Define scalable, secure, and best-practice platform architectures aligned with business and technical requirements.
Own the technical and functional solution design throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct architecture reviews, design workshops, solution validation, and governance activities.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development, engineering, and implementation teams.
Review solution designs and implementation approaches to ensure alignment with ServiceNow and industry best practices.
Ensure solution quality, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Client Engagement & Consulting
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping translate business objectives into technology solutions.
Lead customer workshops, discovery sessions, and architecture discussions.
Manage stakeholder communications across business, technical, and executive levels.
Present solution recommendations, roadmaps, and architecture strategies to client leadership teams.
Audit existing ServiceNow implementations and recommend improvements, optimization opportunities, and modernization initiatives.
Pre-Sales & Business Development
Support and lead solutioning activities for RFPs, RFIs, proposals, and customer presentations.
Collaborate with sales teams to develop compelling ServiceNow solutions and value propositions.
Participate in effort estimation, solution sizing, costing, and statement of work (SOW) development.
Contribute to business growth through identification of upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
AI & Innovation
Drive the adoption of ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Now Assist, Generative AI, workflow automation, and intelligent operations.
Lead or contribute to AI-related Proof of Concepts (POCs) and innovation initiatives.
Advise clients on AI use cases and opportunities to improve productivity, operational efficiency, and user experience.
Stay current with emerging ServiceNow platform capabilities, AI trends, and industry best practices.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Due to the security requirements associated with the client environment, applicants must meet the eligibility criteria necessary to obtain the required security clearance.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow consulting, architecture, or implementation roles.
Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.
Strong expertise across CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HAM, SAM, IRM, SPM, App Engine, and Now Assist.
Experience providing technical leadership, architecture governance, and implementation guidance to delivery teams.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and Service Management best practices.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and at least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AI-driven solutions, Generative AI, and ServiceNow AI capabilities such as Now Assist.
Experience leading or participating in AI-related Proof of Concepts (POCs).
Exposure to application engineering and integration architecture.
Additional ServiceNow, ITIL, TOGAF, or cloud certifications are advantageous.
