Role Summary

The ServiceNow TPRM Architect is responsible for designing, governing, and delivering enterprise-wide Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) solutions using ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management).

This role owns the end-to-end architecture, including vendor lifecycle, risk frameworks, integrations, data strategy, and platform governance, ensuring alignment with enterprise risk, compliance, and security objectives.

We are looking for someone with 12-15 years’ experience in ServiceNow platform having very good hands on implementation skills of TPRM module.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architecture & Solution Design

• Define end-to-end TPRM architecture on ServiceNow IRM
• Design scalable solutions for:
• Vendor onboarding & due diligence
• Risk assessments (inherent & residual)
• Continuous monitoring & reassessment
• Create high-level and low-level design documents (HLD/LLD)
• Align TPRM architecture with enterprise architecture standards

2. Vendor Risk Lifecycle Architecture

• Design and standardize:

Vendor onboarding workflows

Risk tiering models (critical, high, medium, low)

Assessment lifecycle (initial + periodic)

• Implement automated reassessment triggers
• Define vendor segmentation based on:

Data sensitivity

Business criticality

Regulatory impact

3. Risk & Compliance Framework Design

• Architect implementation of:

Risk registers

Control frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC2)

Policy & Compliance modules

• Define:

Risk scoring methodologies

Control effectiveness models

• Ensure alignment with:

Regulatory requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.)

4. Integration Architecture

• Design Integrations with third party risk platforms and procurement systems

5. Data Governance & Security

• Define:

Data model for vendor and risk entities

Access control strategy (ACLs, roles)

• Ensure:

Data privacy compliance

Secure data segregation

6. Reporting & Analytics Strategy

• Design dashboards for:

Vendor risk posture

Compliance status

Risk trends

• Implement:

Performance Analytics KPIs

• Provide insights for:

CISO / Risk leadership

7. Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with:

CISO / Risk Officers

Compliance teams

Procurement teams

Security teams

• Translate business requirements into technical architecture
• Drive workshops and solution design sessions
