Job Description:

Represents HPE Operational Services within the NA channel, serving as a trusted stakeholder to Distribution Business Managers and Distribution Partners. Supports services business growth through distributor engagement, sales readiness, business planning, and enablement activities across all services sales motions. Uses data-driven insights to identify opportunities, resolve day to day operational challenges, improve partner performance, and help drive services growth through the indirect channel ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with distributor stakeholders and internal teams to support HPE Operational Services business priorities.
• Support the creation and execution of distributor focused business plans designed to drive services attach, installed base growth, and overall services performance.
• Contribute to business reviews with distributors, leveraging data and analytics to identify opportunities, monitor performance, and develop recommendations/solutions to drive business improvements.
• Partner with distributors and resellers to address day-to-day operational, sales, and process-related challenges that may impact business performance.
• Deliver and coordinate distributor enablement activities, including training, communication, and awareness programs that improve partner capability and engagement.
• Collaborate with HPE sales, channel, operations, and services teams to resolve issues, remove barriers, and support successful business outcomes.
• Promote HPE Operational Services offerings and value propositions across both services attach and installed base sales motions.
• Monitor partner performance metrics and recommend actions to improve execution, increase services adoption, and contribute to profitability objectives.
• Maintain an understanding of channel priorities, market opportunities, and partner needs to support effective business execution.
   

Education and Experience Required:

• University or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 6+ years to establish proven track record in Service Business Management.
• Experience working with Partners preferred.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Medium to high knowledge of IT and services industry.
• In-depth knowledge of the company's organization and policies, services offerings, end to end processes, tools, and routes to market.
• Problem detection and analysis of root cause.
• Proven ability to lead teams to achieve results, exercise independent judgment and handle unique situations to accomplish goals in tight time frames.
• Demonstrated skills in planning and financial analysis.
• Medium level of planning, project management and change management skills. Project and change management training and certification as appropriate.
• Good presentation skills. Ability to influence different functions, geographies, and the ability to build strong consensus. Impacts internal and external clients on WW basis.
