As the business owner of the designated Service Portfolio in China, you will drive the strategy, growth, and profitability of the service offerings across the equipment lifecycle. You will lead a lean product team to develop innovative service solutions, enhance customer value, and deliver sustainable business growth across mainland China.

Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Service Product Strategy

Develop and execute the service portfolio strategy. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities and define the portfolio roadmap.

2. Portfolio Management & Innovation

Own the lifecycle management of service offerings, including service contracts, lifecycle solutions, upgrades etc. Drive product innovation, pricing strategy, and portfolio optimization.

3. Commercial Alignment & Sales Enablement

Partner with Marketing, Segment teams to develop go-to-market strategies and sales enablement tools. Support key customer engagements and strategic commercial opportunities.

4. Financial Accountability & Business Growth

Own the P&L performance of the service portfolio, driving revenue growth, profitability, contract penetration, and customer satisfaction.

5. Team Leadership

Lead a product management team and build strong cross-functional partnerships. Develop organizational capabilities and ensure achievement of annual business objectives.

Qualifications

1.Bachelor's degree or above in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

2.Minimum 12 years of experience in healthcare, medical devices, or service-related industries， with at least 5 years of leadership experience in Service Business.

3. Strong technical understanding of medical equipment service market. major imaging modalities and service workflows.

4.Proven track record of managing service portfolios, driving growth, and delivering business results.

5.Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing strategy, profitability management, and complex customer negotiations.

6.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills in a matrix organization.

7.Fluent Mandarin and English communication skills
