Your Roadmap to Success

• As Service Manager, you will run the fixed operations strategy and set the standard for service quality:

• Lead & Mentor: Recruit, coach, and inspire a team of Service Advisors, Technicians, and support staff to achieve top-tier productivity and customer retention.

• Drive Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day workshop flow, monitor shop capacity, optimize labor efficiency, and oversee warranty management.

• Elevate Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high CSI/Net Promoter Scores by embedding a customer-first mindset throughout the entire service lane and resolving elevated customer concerns with professionalism.

• Financial Oversight: Manage departmental P&L, forecast revenue, set performance KPIs, and track profitability metrics to hit shop goals.

• Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Parts, and General Management to ensure seamless vehicle reconditioning and cross-department success.

Qualifications That Hit the Gas

• Proven Leadership Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Service Manager, Assistant Service Manager, or Senior Service Advisor in an automotive dealership.

• Strong Business Acumen: In-depth understanding of dealership metrics (shop efficiency, warranty administration, and P&L management).

• People-First Leader: Outstanding communication, team-building, and dispute-resolution skills.

• Process-Driven Mindset: Sharp organization with the ability to optimize processes in a fast-paced environment.

• Valid Driver’s License: Acceptable driving record required.
