Get To Know The Team:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Delivery Lead to oversee a team of professionals, ensuring the efficient and accurate delivery of services and projects within SS&C Technologies. This role requires strong leadership, technical aptitude, and a commitment to fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

What You Will Get To Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team, providing guidance, feedback, and support to achieve team and individual goals.
• Manage daily team operations, including task allocation, workflow management, and performance monitoring to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and deadlines are met.

• Act as a primary point of escalation for complex issues, resolving problems efficiently and effectively while minimizing impact on operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand requirements, prioritize tasks, and ensure seamless project execution.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Prepare and present reports on team performance, project status, and key metrics to management.

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a team lead or supervisory role, preferably within the financial services or technology industry.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team to achieve high performance.
• Strong understanding of analysis - process, systems and business analysis principles and methodologies.
• Good understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications and systems (specifics may vary based on department).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
