About the location:

Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai is looking for Server who share a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do.  The position reports to the Restaurant Manager.

Work authorization for the location is required.

What you will do

1.            Follow proper payroll and uniform procedures.

2.            Offer an enjoyable and expertly served dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence, food quality, professionalism and friendliness equal to that of the finest restaurant in the city.

3.            Offer quick, correct, precise and friendly service that is respectful and accommodating of the guest’s requests or selections and timeliness of service.

4.            Coordinate between the telephone service center/cashier/coordinator and kitchen for smooth, coordinated service.

5.            Make the guest feel comfortable and at ease in his/her room.

6.            Control the cleanliness in the Pavilion Dining areas, as well as guest corridors.

7.            Keep accurate control of guest checks, credit vouchers, currency and posting procedures.

8.            Inform manager or assistant of all customer complaints and makes appropriate effort to correct the problem.

9.            Set up orders in trays, hot bag and basket and transport them to guest’s pavilion or residence.

10.          Complete opening and closing side work as assigned.

11.          Remove trays, hot bag and baskets from guest’s pavilion or residence when requested.

12.          Handle “Do Not Disturb” sign, guest does not answer or the wrong items were delivered or forgotten.

13.          Control the cleanliness of buggy at all times.
