The Club at Snoqualmie Ridge | Snoqualmie, WA

Great Service. Great People. Something Special.

We're not just looking for servers. We're looking for hospitality professionals who take pride in their craft and genuinely love what they do.

At The Club at Snoqualmie Ridge, we're building something special, and we want talented, driven individuals who are excited to be part of it.

We believe exceptional hospitality is about more than taking orders and delivering food. It's about creating memorable experiences, building meaningful relationships, anticipating needs, and bringing positive energy to every shift. We're looking for experienced servers who understand that difference.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You know who you are. You're the server who takes ownership of your section, remembers the little details, and doesn't wait to be asked to help. You have high standards, a strong work ethic, and the confidence that comes from knowing your craft.

Our ideal candidates bring:

• Experience & Expertise: A strong background in full-service dining, with a solid understanding of food, wine, cocktails, and elevated service standards.
• Drive & Initiative: You're self-motivated, proactive, and always looking for ways to improve the experience for both guests and teammates.
• A Hospitality-First Mindset: You genuinely enjoy connecting with people and understand how to turn great service into lasting relationships.
• Team Mentality: You take pride in your own performance but know that true success comes from everyone working together.
• Professionalism & Personality: You're polished, dependable, confident, and know how to bring warmth, energy, and authenticity to the dining experience.
• Accountability & Pride: You hold yourself to high standards, embrace feedback, and take ownership of the results.
