Brand Strategy Development: Formulate and execute a comprehensive brand strategy for Sensodyne's kids line,Toothbrush,mouthwash and other adjacent, encompassing innovation plans, growth strategies, marketing campaigns, and digital initiatives, all tailored to meet business objectives and cater to the specific needs of the target audience

Business Management: Achieve product lines sales targets by consistently reviewing sales progress and fostering close collaboration with key channels to drive performance;

Innovation and endorsement: Lead NPI development and launch campaign; and partner with authoritative institutions to advance academic research to enhance product line brand image

Brand Communication: Boost product line brand awareness and affinity by leading integrated campaigns and digital seeding aimed at educating the market and attracting new target consumers

Budget Management: According to brand strategy, manage and monitor the allocation of budget, maximize A&P via effective traffic and improving ROI
