Job Overview
The Senior Video Conferencing Engineer serves as the senior technical leader responsible for the strategy, architecture, engineering, operation, and continuous improvement of the enterprise video conferencing service. This role ensures reliable, secure, scalable, and standardized collaboration experiences across all global locations. The position provides technical leadership for complex deployments, executive meeting spaces, town halls, and high-visibility events while driving technology roadmap decisions, lifecycle planning, vendor management, and operational excellence. The role exists to reduce business disruption, enhance collaboration effectiveness, and ensure long-term sustainability of the VC service

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Service Strategy, Standards, Governance and Roadmap Development
• Architecture, Engineering, Testing, Design and Deployment
• Service Operations, Incident, Problem and Change Management
• Executive Events, Town Halls and Production Support
• Lifecycle Planning, Security and Vendor Management
• Analytics, Documentation, Reporting, Training and Continuous Improvement

Experience & Qualifications:
• >5 to 8 Years of relevant work experience
• Microsoft Teams Rooms Certification
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate
