As a Senior Vice President Sales Personal Care Services, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:

• Assesses agencies’ performance and recommends solutions which resolve barriers and problems which are preventing successful achievement of the regional marketing goals to operational and sales leadership.
• Recruits, interviews, and hires effective patient care coordinators and team members.
• Conducts market assessments to develop strategic growth plan including expansion of service territory, additional locations, additional product offerings, and acquisition opportunities.
• Establishes orientation and on-going training for patient care coordinator team.
• Performs direct sales and coach’s patient care coordinator staff to drive growth that exceeds regional and agency SOC and revenue expectations.
• Leads account development including direct involvement with major regional accounts, large hospitals, healthcare systems, major physician practices, managed care organizations, employer consortiums, providers, and large referral sources.
• Oversees and collaborates with operational and clinical leadership to lead the development and implementation of a market assessment and strategic growth plan and reviews at regular intervals but at least quarterly.
• Oversees the integration of operational and clinical leadership in account development including the medical director.
• Ensures the facilitation of weekly growth meetings with sales team and operational leadership.
• Oversees appropriate territory management to achieve market growth.
• Oversees that the patient care coordinator staff documents sales activity per corporate standards including recall plans, schedules, account profiles, weekly mileage, and action plans, etc.

What is Required?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 8+ years’ experience in sales, marketing, or related field in the healthcare industry
• 5+ years of supervisory/leadership experience
• Home health or Hospice experience is preferred
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Ability and willingness to travel 80% with overnight stays
