What You’ll Do

• Act as visa officer with the willingness to jump in and flexibility in shifts to meet client needs
• Accepts, inspects, and processes passport/visa applications and supporting documents, ensuring all are acceptable and complete, all required information has been provided, and payments are correct, in accordance with visa & consular offices guidelines.
• Handles inquiries and concerns related to the application process and procedures by telephone, email and in person.
• Produces and reviews all documents, meeting the specific requirements of visa & consular offices.
• Prepares all passport/visa applications received for transmittal; including completing forms and mailing documents.
• Collects payments, issues receipts, completes daily cash reports and reconciles financial reports.
• Follows up on mailings that appear to be undelivered.
• Advises staff on new laws and policy changes affecting passport/visa applications and ensures compliance.

What We’re Looking For

• Knowledge on New Laws and Policy Changes for visa process
• Experience in examining the documents to make sure they meet the specific requirement of visa.
• Detailed understanding of visa process for various countries
• Knowledge and experience of: Work Visa, Business Visa & Tourist Visa
• Experience working in a high touch service environment where performance is measured
• Background in Business Travel, leisure or airline reservation required
• Passion for Excellence in Client Service
• Excellent Professional Communication – both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented - ability to act with integrity, and deal sensitively with personal and confidential traveller information
• Ability to research and resolve customer service and traveller issues independently and /or with supplier
• Able to work under pressure, with a sense of urgency while maintaining a professional rapport and multi-task, accepting and adapting to change quickly and professionally
• Learning agility and ability to act on constructive feedback
• Possess a strong understanding of travel trends and industry best practices
