The Sr. Technical Product Manager will own the roadmap and vision for the Generative AI platform, ensuring new capabilities align with strategic business goals. Working closely with the VP of Generative AI Platform and stakeholders across the organization, this role will connect business needs with technical feasibility, manage product priorities, and communicate progress to executives and key users.

What you will do:

• Develop, maintain, and communicate the Generative AI platform roadmap in alignment with business strategies.
• Prioritize features, enhancements, and technical debt in collaboration with engineering and business partners.
• Serve as a liaison among business, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Lead product backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release management in partnership with the Scrum Master.
• Stay current on AI platform trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to inform product direction.
• Provide thought leadership that helps shape the long-term vision of the Generative AI platform.
• Define and track product KPIs to measure platform adoption, performance, and business impact.
• Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements and refine product strategy.
• Balance short-term priorities with the long-term platform vision.

What you will bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of product management experience.
• Proven experience managing complex technical roadmaps and leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical issues into business-friendly language.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Strategic thinking skills.

What will set you apart:

• Product management experience with AI, cloud, or platform products.
• MBA or other advanced degree.
• Product management or agile certification, such as CSPO or Pragmatic Institute certification.

Base Salary Range

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
