Own and drive the end-to-end Microsoft 365 architecture, roadmap, and modernization strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and measurable improvements in platform adoption and operational efficiencyDefine and maintain target architecture, technology standards, and governance frameworks for Microsoft 365 and associated platformsArchitect and integrate Entra ID, Active Directory, and advanced identity solutions including MFA, Conditional Access, PIM, RBAC, and Zero Trust principles to enhance security and complianceLead the design and implementation of Exchange Online, Hybrid Exchange, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Intune solutions to support secure messaging, collaboration, and endpoint managementEstablish and enforce security, compliance, and information protection strategies leveraging Defender, Purview, DLP, retention, and eDiscovery capabilities, driving continuous improvement in security postureOversee and execute large-scale migration and transformation initiatives for tenants, Exchange, SharePoint/OneDrive, and collaboration workloads, ensuring operational readiness and minimal business disruptionServe as the senior technical authority for all Microsoft 365 solution designs, providing L3/L4 architectural support and technical escalation for critical issuesCollaborate with enterprise architecture, infrastructure, security, and service management teams, engaging stakeholders through technical workshops, architecture reviews, and governance forumsRequired Skills:
