The DXP (Digital Experience Platform) team is delivering build (projects) and run (support) services for all Envaliorcustomer facing websites. Envalior is currently extending this team and is looking for an experienced Tech Lead engineer, who interacts with a diverse range of technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The Senior Tech Lead is a subject matter expert and trusted advisor within the IT Marketing & Sales domain. Youwill design & develop information solutions focused on our Customer Facing Web Applications in a to be setup Headless/ Composable IT architecture, to maximize business value combining existing and new technologies (like our CMS,eCommerce and our Product Catalog), focused on improving our Customer Experience and Monitization of customerinteraction. You will have a profound knowledge of frontend frameworks, plus adequate knowledge of its technologies,processes and interfaces in the domain.

As the Senior Tech Lead you will oversee the overall platform roadmap, from definition to delivery. You will workclosely with product owners, other software engineers and developers to make sure best practices are applied to ensure high standards in all areas. You possess great planning and presentation skills. You will shape the direction of functional and nonfunctional requirements to their fruition. As part of your role, you will provide leadership and mentoring to the rest of the team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILTIES

• Focuses on the technology, code quality, and architecture, rarely handling administrative duties like performance reviews or HR budgets.
• Architectural Decisions: Owns high-level system design, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
• Hands-on Development: Spends a significant portion of time overlooking & writing code, reviewing pull requests, and enforcing coding standards.
• Technical Bridge: Translates business and product requirements into technical roadmaps with the product owner, acting as a liaison between management and developers.
• Mentorship: Upskills team members, leads code reviews, and resolves technical disagreements
• Develop reusable UI components using frameworks like React/Nuxt or Vue.js
• Collaborate in a blended scrum team with internal and external developers
• Integrate UX designs from Figma into front-end code
• Optimize user experience across websites and portals
• Contribute to the architecture of our Headless / MACH solutions
• Document and maintain components in Storybook
• Actively participate in sprint planning, reviews, and demos

Requirements

• 5 years experience in an architectural role or CMS senior development role
• Preferenced working experience in Contentstack CMS
• Working experience in Headless / Composable / MACH architecture
• Ability to guide architecture, design, development and operation discussions and decisions
• Extensive development experience in Javascript and related development workflows, tools and storefronts (React & Vue.js, libraries & frameworks)
• Proficiency with advanced Git workflows, code review processes and branch management
• Focus areas with management knowledge:
• Backend (CMS) software engineering
• Frontend/UX engineering
• Infrastructure design
• Testing
• Agile / Scrum way of working knowledge & experience
