About the Role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Yassir, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent to support our growth. You will work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and deliver a seamless hiring experience.

This role requires a proactive, hands-on recruiter with strong sourcing skills, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment. You will also contribute to improving recruitment processes, strengthening our employer brand, and building talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from understanding hiring needs to sourcing, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.

• Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, databases, and proactive sourcing strategies.

• Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define recruitment strategies, and ensure an efficient hiring process.

• Candidate Experience: Ensure clear communication, timely feedback, and a smooth recruitment journey for every candidate.

• Technical Recruitment: Lead recruitment for technical roles, including Engineering, Product, Data, and other specialized positions.

• Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

• Recruitment Performance: Track key recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, and source effectiveness, to identify areas for improvement.

• Employer Branding: Contribute to recruitment marketing initiatives and employer branding activities to strengthen Yassir's visibility in the talent market.

• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize recruitment workflows and improve hiring efficiency.

• Market Intelligence: Monitor talent market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to support informed recruitment decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.

• Strong expertise in sourcing techniques and recruitment tools, particularly LinkedIn and applicant tracking systems.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use recruitment data to drive decisions.

• Fluent in English and French; Arabic is a plus.
