Business: BFSI

Function: Sales

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Shape and execute region-specific growth strategy across BFSI segments (banks, NBFCs, insurance, corporates)

Drive a consultative, solution-led sales approach (ratings, risk, analytics, research, advisory)

Own top-line growth, margins, and regional business sustainability

Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across product lines

Manage and deepen relationships with CXOs, CFOs, Treasurers, and Risk Heads

Anchor large, strategic mandates and long-term engagements

Build regional market intelligence and identify emerging opportunities

Position the organization as a trusted knowledge/advisory partner

Lead and mentor a high-caliber sales team across locations

Drive performance culture, governance, and pipeline discipline

Work closely with analytical, product, compliance, and delivery teams to ensure high-quality client outcomes

KEY REQUIREMENTS

12–20 years of experience in BFSI / financial services / ratings / risk / advisory sales

Strong exposure to institutional selling and strategic account management

Deep understanding of credit, risk, capital markets, or financial analytics

Proven track record of managing large regional portfolios and complex deals

Strong CXO connects within BFSI ecosystem.
