We achieve this by collaborating with internal stakeholders such as business units and Sales, as well as external stakeholders like our customers and suppliers, to secure sufficient capacity to support customer needs and drive Marvell's growth.

What You Can Expect

• Consolidate NPI and production forecasts into a single, prioritized EBI loading plan by site and by priority, and respond with a clear support plan for each build.

• Review NPI forecasts and priorities regularly with the MSI Planning Manager, ensuring the build plan reflects current program schedules and business priorities.

• Represent the NPI scope in the weekly NPI–MSI Planning Collaboration Meeting, reviewing NPI priorities and status jointly with MAPL counterparts.

• Proactively inform OSAT of critical EBIs requiring expedite or special build handling, including the reason for expedite, expected cycle time, quantity, and drop-dead date.

• Act as the primary point of contact for EBI owners on urgent matters, ensuring timely communication between engineering, planning, and OSAT.

• Identify and escalate capacity clashes affecting NPI builds, partnering with Capacity Planning Managers within MAPL team to assess impact and expedite priority EBIs as needed, particularly to bridge time zone gaps with OSAT.

• Where schedules are constrained, work with the NPI team to identify process stages that may be waived (e.g., SAT, ICOS, OS testing) to meet drop-dead dates without compromising critical requirements.

• For critical shipments, proactively seek approval to use freight forwarders instead of courier service to protect schedule commitments.

• Raise e-Forms to issue production materials consumed for EBI builds, and track material usage and status against the plan.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date EBI status tracking and provide regular reporting to the MAPL/MSI Planning Manager and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Partner with engineering, operations, and OSAT subcontractor teams to resolve day-to-day build issues that put NPI schedules at risk.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in NPI planning, production planning, or supply chain planning within a semiconductor or electronics manufacturing environment; direct exposure to OSAT/subcontractor coordination is a strong plus.

• Familiarity with new product introduction processes and build stages (e.g., SAT, ICOS, OS testing) is highly preferred.

• Strong sense of urgency and ownership; comfortable proactively escalating and driving resolution on time-critical issues.

• Excellent cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across time zones with global engineering, planning, and OSAT teams.

• Working knowledge of Oracle or similar ERP systems for e-Form and material transactions; proficiency in Excel required, Power BI a plus.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
