Let’s start with the role

With an innovative and data driven mindset, the Senior Sponsorship Activation Specialist will support and implement Betano’s sponsorships program. This includes planning, organizing, leading, and executing the annual activation plan while playing a key role in the department strategy in Denmark.

As Senior Sponsorships Activation Specialist you will:

• With the Country Manager, design annual activation plan, contributing with creative and innovative ideas of activations to build brand awareness, drive engagement and promote experiences;
• Act as main point of contact with external stakeholders of the sponsorships portfolio.;
• Manage the delivery of contractual rights, including contract oversight and activation execution, to maximize the value of current partnerships;
• Lead the hospitality program in close cooperation with the KAM-team;
• Gather and analyse data to regularly update sponsorships’ KPIs and assess the return on objectives (ROO);
• Create report presentations for internal weekly updates;
• Control the sponsorship activation budget;
• Assess sponsorship proposals to identify further opportunities to the brand;
• Liaise with rights holders to guarantee the right execution of the annual activation plan;
• Assist in various marketing related activities delegated by the Country Manager or Marketing Manager.

What you’ll bring

• Relevant education, for example in marketing or event management;
• Minimum 2-3 years experience with activation, events and/or networking;
• Excellent command of English;
• Strong relationship-building skills;
• Commercial acumen, analytical and innovative skills and attention to detail;
• Outstanding written and verbal communication;
• A sense of responsibility, reliability, and a proven ability to work well within a team;
• Professional appearance, and a willingness to travel and work outside of regular office hours when needed.
