What You'll Do

As part of a dedicated client-facing team, you will play a critical role in managing and evolving a strategic loyalty program for a leading Australian bank.
Key responsibilities include:
• Acting as a trusted partner to key customer stakeholders, building strong and productive relationships that support long-term program success.
• Managing day-to-day program operations while ensuring program performance, milestones, risks, and opportunities are clearly communicated to both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Supporting the delivery of loyalty program outcomes across product, operational, and offer content initiatives.
• Working closely with product, technology, operations, analytics, and commercial teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
• Identifying opportunities to enhance customer success through Mastercard's broader suite of services and capabilities.
• Collaborating with Products & Platforms teams to help design, optimise, and evolve program features and customer experiences.
• Capturing customer insights, market trends, and emerging opportunities to continuously improve program performance and value.
• Partnering with Finance to support regular program invoicing and commercial operations.
• Contributing to the ongoing growth and innovation of one of Australia's leading loyalty and rewards programs.

• Proven experience in client relationship management, account management, program management, or customer success roles.
