The Role:
Entegris is seeking a product Manager who is responsible for new manufacturing plant; KSP for Photolithography liquid filtration products.
Typical work environment is highly global (US, Japan, Taiwan, Korea collaboration) with frequent interaction with internal global teams. This position is located at the Entegris Kaohsiung Plant (KSP).
In this role you will:
The Photo Product Manager (PM) role is strategic, technical, global and cross-functional. PM interacts with multiple levels with various functions in Entegris and Customers. This role requires a calm-assertive demeanor and capability to manage multiple priorities. Within this role, the PACE value competencies are regularly required for success
Primary responsibilities:
- Being representative PM of photo SBU at KSP –Forecasting, product issue solving, communication with customer facing team for all KSP made products by working with other photo PMs
- Cross-functional Leadership – Collaborate with other functions to support KSP ramping up & POR Product Transfer
- Support KSP related projects – POR Product Transfer, Continuous Improvement projects, Capital related projects
Secondary responsibilities: (After KSP settles down)
- Business ownership - Own P&L performance for product lines, Drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and pricing strategy
- New product development - Create business case and Define scope by collaborating with PMM (Product Marketing Manager), Applications and MTS
- Cross-functional Leadership – Collaborate with RD to define development priorities and timelines, with Operations to ensure supply readiness and cost targets, with Quality to maintain high reliability and compliance standards, with sales team to enable customer success
- Product Lifecycle Management – Manage product lifecycle from concept to end-of life, and oversee product positioning and competitive differentiation
- Support Change management activities (Product Transfer, Obsoletion, New plant, Continuous improvement projects etc)
Traits we believe make a strong candidate:
Required Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Material Science or related field
- Semi-industry, liquid filtration industry or/and product management experiences
- English writng/speaking language skill
- Strategic thinking and business acumen
- Ability to clearly articulate features-benefits/risks of offerings, and data-driven decision making
- Financial analysis, incl. basic discounted cash flow-based financial modeling (NPV, IRR, payback etc.)
- Collaborative, and Influence without authority within cross-functional teams globally
- An appetite to investigate the seemingly impossible and make a compelling case to move your vision forward
- A commitment to be an evangelist for your products, services and messages
- Can travel domestically and internationally
Preferred Qualifications
- +3 years Lithography experience; especially working with leading fabs
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing flow
- Product management/technical marketng experieince

- Successful POR product transfer for KSP ramping up
- On-time reporting out high level summary
- Demonstration cross-functional leadership to drive/move things forward to right direction, which aligned with division/company direction and vision
