The Senior Specialist, Consumer Deposits Affluent will be responsible for driving the growth and management of deposit products tailored for RHB Bank Berhad's affluent customer segment, ensuring a superior customer experience and achievement of business targets.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement strategic plans for affluent deposit products, including product features, pricing, and promotional campaigns, to meet revenue and market share objectives.
* Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats, and to ensure RHB's affluent deposit offerings remain competitive and innovative.
* Collaborate with sales, marketing, and branch teams to ensure effective product distribution, training, and customer engagement for the affluent segment.
* Monitor and analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and propose new product enhancements or solutions.
* Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for affluent deposit products, from conceptualization and development to launch and post-launch performance review.
* Ensure compliance with all internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices related to deposit products and affluent customer management.
* Act as a subject matter expert for affluent deposit products, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders.
* Prepare and present regular reports on product performance, market insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
* Cultivate strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including product development, operations, legal, and compliance teams.

Job Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
* Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product management, particularly within consumer banking and deposit products, with a strong focus on affluent segments.
* Proven track record of successfully developing and launching deposit products and achieving business growth targets.
* Strong understanding of financial markets, banking regulations, and affluent customer needs and behaviors.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
