leads to direct sales representatives or teams to drive closure. Prepares activity and forecast reports, and

effectively shares customer information, inquiries, and issues across departments.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide direct sales support for important geographic areas or multiple product/service areas.

• Identify revenue opportunities among existing and prospective customers.

• Engage in prospecting, evaluation, and sales activities for target customers.

• Prioritize customer opportunities and focus on those with the highest likelihood of success.

• Create contacts, manage progress, and respond to customer inquiries.

• Respond to customer requests and conduct product demos online or in person.

• Resolve escalated sales-related and customer service issues.

• Collaborate with SBD sales, marketing, and product/service staff to address specific customer requests.

• Serve as the main point of contact throughout the sales process.

• Enter and update customer information in CRM and sales funnel/order generation software accurately and on time.

• Maintain customer satisfaction throughout the entire sales cycle.

• 顧客機会を優先順位付けし、成功可能性の高い顧客・アカウントに注力する。
• コンタクト作成・進捗管理・顧客質問への対応を行う。
• 顧客リクエストに対応し、オンラインまたは対面で製品デモを実施する。
• エスカレーションされた営業関連・顧客サービス課題を解決する。
• SBD営業・マーケティング・製品／サービス担当と連携し、特定顧客リクエストに対応する。
• 営業プロセス全体で顧客の主な窓口となる。
• CRMや営業ファネル／受注生成ソフトに必要な顧客情報をタイムリーかつ正確に入力・更新する。
• 顧客満足度を維持し、営業サイクル全体を通じて対応する。
