- Ensure platform reliability, security, and performance through code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, platform governance, and proactive monitoring
- Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and service optimisation to improve user experience and operational efficiency
- Support platform lifecycle activities including upgrades, release management, documentation, service continuity, and operational support for critical ServiceNow applications
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to stakeholders, translating business requirements into effective solutions while communicating technical concepts in a clear and practical manner
- Contribute to establishing development standards, best practices, and governance frameworks that support the continued growth and adoption of the ServiceNow platform across the organisation
Your Experience

- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across both technical and business teams
- A proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented approach with a focus on quality outcomes and continuous improvement
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry experience
- A current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required
- Certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD), ITSM, IRM, or other ServiceNow specialisations will be highly regarded
