In this advanced sales role, you’ll lead by example on the showroom floor—driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and mentoring peers. This is a full-time, in-store position requiring availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Pay: hourly advance with uncapped commissions.  Expected first-year earnings typically range from $45,000 - $65,000 annually.

Minimum Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service

• Proven ability to drive sales and achieve goals in a retail environment

• Strong team orientation and problem-solving mindset

• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment

Physical Demand

• Must be able to sit, walk, stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 25 lbs. unassisted

• Ability to move objects up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation

• Regular movement throughout the store and continuous standing or sitting to perform job functions
