Job Description:
This job is responsible for processing vehicle loans and leases approved by an Underwriter, in preparation for funding. Key responsibilities include reviewing and collecting of documentation and working with clients, including auto dealerships, to meet funding conditions. Job expectations include maintaining a high level of customer service with internal business partners and external customers, proactively identifying and resolving transactional issues.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains a high level of customer service
- Manages and prioritizes tasks to decision credit requests within required Service Level Agreement period
- Clears conditions and completes the final loan approval
- Applies knowledge of funding policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Analyzes collateral documentation to ensure adherence to policy guidelines
- Reviews loan documents to finalize and complete funding
