Maven is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for frontline and provider roles as we continue to scale our care delivery operations and provider network. 

This 3-month contract role, starting October 13th, 2026, will play a critical part in supporting rapid, high-quality hiring in a fast-paced health tech startup environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience recruiting at scale, thrives in fast-changing environments, and is passionate about delivering exceptional candidate experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for non-exempt and exempt frontline and provider roles, from sourcing through offer and onboarding
• Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates while clearly articulating Maven’s mission, culture, and care model
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using creative sourcing strategies, inbound applicant management, and referrals
• Partner closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to align on hiring priorities and timelines
• Manage interview scheduling and candidate coordination across multiple time zones, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders
• Bring fresh ideas and solutions to continuously improve high-volume recruiting efforts

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on high-volume frontline and provider hiring
• Prior experience in a health tech, healthcare, or startup environment required
• Prior experience hiring for non-exempt and exempt role required 
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions (20+) and shifting priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Demonstrated success sourcing and closing candidates in competitive markets
• Experience using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Gem, or similar ATS/CRM platforms
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a contract role
• Resourceful self-starter with a bias toward action, efficiency, and problem-solving

The base salary range for this role is $55 - $65 per hour. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset.

This role requires active work authorization in the US.
