As a Sales Development Representative at project44, you will be responsible for inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting within the North America region – into and through the sales funnel and setting up sales qualified appointments. You are held accountable by daily activity and call metrics along with quarterly quotas. You are a passionate and well-organized sales development representative with experience in selling enterprise software (SaaS). You are excited about the product you are representing and have the grit and tenacity required while succeeding in a fast-paced environment.

Key Accountabilities:

• Own and drive the full project lifecycle for customer implementations, from post-sale handover through Go-Live and Hypercare.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring alignment across internal and customer teams.
• Lead project governance, including status tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communication at all levels.
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively identifying mitigation strategies and driving resolution.
• Own budget and scope management, ensuring projects are delivered within agreed commercial parameters.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers on project delivery, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and alignment.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Solutions Architects, Engineering, Product, and Support, to ensure smooth execution.
• Facilitate key project ceremonies, including:
  • Project kick-off calls
  • Weekly status meetings
  • Steering committees (when applicable)
  • Go-live readiness reviews

• Support testing phases (System Testing & UAT) by coordinating timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables.

• Drive Go-Live planning and execution, including cutover coordination and post-launch validation.
• Oversee Hypercare phase, ensuring a smooth transition to Customer Success and long-term account stability.
• Ensure accurate tracking of project progress using internal tools (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, Rocketlane, or equivalent).
• Contribute to process improvements, project management standards, and scalable delivery frameworks.
• Support pre-sales and discovery activities by providing input on timelines, delivery approach, and implementation feasibility.

Requirements & Preferred Skills

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Additional languages are a strong differentiator, with a strong preference for French, German, and Spanish.
• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing project management roles, preferably within:
  • Supply chain, transportation, or logistics technology
  • SaaS implementations
  • Software delivery
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with competing priorities and timelines.
• Strong expertise in risk, budget, and stakeholder management.
• Experience working with project and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office, or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, global environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally based on customer needs.
• Experience with TMS, ERP, or supply chain systems is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

We continually evaluate our pay ranges to reflect skills, experience, and market conditions. The base salary offered will be determined by assessing a candidate’s experience and skills relative to the scope and responsibilities of the position, as well as the specific geographic location where the job will be performed. Base salary is one component of project44’s total compensation package, which also includes stock options for all EOR and project44-employed team members, bonus or commission eligibility depending on role, and a benefits package tailored to your country of employment. Specific benefits package offerings vary by country and may include health, dental, and vision coverage, retirement plans, and paid time off, in line with local market standards and statutory programs. The base salary range for this position is $86,000 – $128,000k.
