Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the delivery team of a leading global digital agency, supporting major enterprise and government-facing accounts in the Middle East.

The role focuses on ongoing digital delivery, website maintenance, and SEO/GEO content-led initiatives. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams across design, development, content, and digital strategy, ensuring projects are delivered within agreed scope, budget, and timelines.

As the primary operational contact for client stakeholders, you will oversee day-to-day delivery, project planning, resource coordination, and client communication across multiple ongoing workstreams.

This position is LATAM-based and requires full alignment with Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) business hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of ongoing digital retainers, website maintenance projects, and SEO/GEO content-led initiatives.

• Serve as the primary operational contact for client stakeholders, managing expectations, deliverables, timelines, and day-to-day communication.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, content specialists, and digital strategists.

• Lead project planning, backlog prioritization, delivery coordination, and status meetings, applying Agile or comparable methodologies as appropriate.

• Monitor budgets, resource allocation, team capacity, and delivery performance.

• Manage project scope, change requests, dependencies, and delivery risks, proactively addressing potential bottlenecks.

• Coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams and ensure deliverables meet client requirements and quality expectations.

• Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and delivery visibility using project management and collaboration tools.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience managing digital projects within a digital agency, technology consultancy, or digital product delivery environment.

• Proven experience managing client-facing websites, digital content, or comparable digital delivery projects.

• Demonstrated ability to independently manage project delivery, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and maintain accountability for project outcomes.

• Experience with budget tracking, resource/capacity planning, scope and change management, and delivery risk management.

• Strong project planning, prioritization, and organizational skills, with experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams.

• Practical experience with Agile or comparable project delivery methodologies.

• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or equivalent platforms.

• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Experience managing client stakeholders and communicating project status, risks, dependencies, and expectations clearly.

• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary remote or hybrid teams and manage delivery expectations under tight deadlines.

• LATAM-based.

• Mandatory availability to work 09:00–18:00 KSA time, Sunday - Thursday

• Comfortable maintaining this schedule on an ongoing basis, including early-morning starts in Latin America (approximately 3 am to 12 pm for GMT -3 countries like Brazil and Argentina)

Nice to Have

• Previous experience working in a digital agency environment.

• Experience managing website maintenance, SEO/GEO content initiatives, or digital retainers.

• Familiarity with CMS platforms and website delivery workflows.

• Experience delivering digital projects for government, enterprise, or large-scale transformation accounts in the Middle East.

• Professional fluency in Arabic.

• PMP, CSM, Agile PM, or comparable project management certification.
