Role Overview

As the company's Project Manager will be responsible for delivering end-to-end projects and change initiatives, including defining, designing, implementing, and embedding innovative solutions, as well as for reengineering processes so that the firm can provide market leading services to our clients and internal colleagues. You will have a high degree of exposure to senior management and work with various group functions.

The role is based in Frankfurt but will occasionally involve business travels to Zurich, where the parent company is located.

Responsibilities

• Leitung und Umsetzung strategischer Schlüsselprojekte in Business Transformation & Digitalisierung im Wealth Management
• End-to-End-Verantwortung für die Konzeption und Umsetzung geschäftsrelevanter Initiativen im Wealth Management Deutschland
• Erstellung von Entscheidungsunterlagen in enger Abstimmung mit dem COO Wealth Management Germany und dem Senior Management Germany
• Enges Stakeholder Management mit den Entscheidungsträgern der R&Co Gruppe (u.a. Schweiz, UK, Frankreich)
• Analyse und Umsetzung von Effizienz- und Prozessoptimierungen interner Prozesse
• Proaktive Einbringung neuer Ideen und Weiterentwicklung von Strukturen und Standards

Experience, Skills and Competencies Required

• Mindestens drei bis fünf Jahre Erfahrung in der Projektarbeit mit Fokus auf Wealth Management, beispielsweise in der Finanzbranche / Unternehmensberatung / Inhouse Consulting
• Fundiertes Verständnis von Kundenanforderungen und Geschäftsmodellen im Wealth Management (Sales & Business Management)
• Idealerweise mit fundiertem Verständnis von IT-Architekturen und Systemlandschaften entlang der Wertschöpfungskette (IT & Operations)
• Starke analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• Proaktive Einstellung mit Eigeninitiative, Liebe zum Detail, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Sichere Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office
