We are looking for: 

Senior Project Manager | CEE Managed Services Transformation 

Your future role: 

• Lead the day-to-day coordination of the CEE Managed Services transformation programme, 

• Work closely with Line of Service teams to execute the regional location strategy, 

• Coordinate programme workstreams, milestones, dependencies, decisions and adoption activities, 

• Proactively gather status updates from workstream leads and personally maintain programme plans, trackers, action logs and progress reporting against agreed outcomes, 

• Identify risks, issues and interdependencies and provide recommendations to support decision-making, 

• Prepare concise, decision-oriented updates for programme sponsors and senior leadership, 

• Coordinate transformation of the delivery model with technology, location and service leads, 

• Drive action tracking and follow-through across multiple teams and territories. 

Apply if you have: 

• Significant experience leading complex transformation programmes or cross-functional strategic projects, 

• Experience with project management tools, dashboards and AI-enabled project delivery. 

• Advanced project and programme management skills, including planning, governance, dependency management, risk management and adoption, 

• Experience coordinating senior stakeholders across business, technology, operations and service teams, 

• The ability to structure ambiguity, establish delivery discipline and maintain momentum across workstreams, 

• Excellent analytical, communication and executive reporting skills, 

• A pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach and strong ownership of outcomes, 
• You demonstrate knowledge of new technologies and AI-based tools in your daily work (e.g. task automation, information analysis, content creation).

• Experience working in an international, matrixed organisation, 

• Fluent English. 

Nice to have: 

• Experience in delivery model, location strategy or operating model transformation, 

• A recognised project or programme management certification,
