About the Role
You will own the what and the why for your product area, from discovery through launch and iteration. You will work closely with Engineering and Design to turn strategy into a clear product direction, make the tough calls on scope and tradeoffs, and ensure teams build the right things. This role is a strong fit for someone with a technical background who wants to build product in healthcare: a regulated, complex industry that runs on both B2B and B2C dynamics at once.

We are a company of about 100 people, and everyone here operates with a business owner mindset. Even at senior level, this role stays hands-on: you are accountable for the outcome, not just the output, and you build alongside the team rather than direct from a distance.

What you will do

• Own the product strategy for your area, contributing to the bigger goal of making healthcare smarter
• Stay on top of market knowledge, competitors, and the wider healthcare structure, so your decisions hold up commercially, not just technically
• Run the end-to-end product management process for your domain, from discovery to delivery to feedback loops
• Build strong working relationships across engineering, design, and commercial teams, turning customer insight into a roadmap the whole group can align behind
• Work as a technical partner to engineering: understand the trade-offs, and use that understanding to push for product decisions that add real user value, not just ship features
• Build compliance into the product from the start, working with frameworks like GDPR, MDR, EHDS, and national health data regulations, so requirements don't cost you rework or slip your timelines later

What you bring

• 5+ years in product management at a SaaS company, ideally already at senior level
• Real comfort working close to engineering: APIs, integrations, platform architecture. Prior experience on a core platform team or in a highly technical environment is a strong plus
• Solid product management craft, with experience in B2B
• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• A natural team player: humble, hands-on, high energy, drawn to solving problems rather than just describing them
• Fluent English, with the ability to express yourself clearly and present confidently to different audiences

Bonus points

• Background in Fintech, Healthcare, or Gambling/Gaming, or another complex, highly regulated industry
• Experience across B2B2C environments; direct experience building or significantly evolving a CRM platform is a strong plus
• Experience in a scale-up
• Exposure to healthcare products such as Epic/MyChart or similar patient portal / EHR platforms
• Experience with authentication or identity systems (OIDC, SAML, OAuth 2.0)
• International experience, having worked across multiple markets or countries
• German, Italian, Spanish, Arabic, or other languages
