About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Banking & Fintech team in Belgrade.
We need a product-minded designer who goes beyond visually appealing interfaces: someone
who understands business goals, identifies user problems, challenges assumptions, and owns
design solutions.
You’ll work on complex financial products: banking interfaces, payment flows, transaction
management, and merchant-facing platforms. We especially value designers who use AI tools
daily to speed up exploration, prototyping, and iteration.
The ideal candidate combines strong product thinking, hands-on fintech experience, and the
ability to deliver intuitive, scalable solutions independently.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Banking & Fintech team in Belgrade.

You’ll work on complex financial products: banking interfaces, payment flows, transaction
management, and merchant-facing platforms. We especially value designers who use AI tools
daily to speed up exploration, prototyping, and iteration.

What You’ll Do
Product Design & Ownership
• Own the end-to-end design process, from requirements and user needs to prototyping,
implementation, and post-launch improvements.
• Translate complex business requirements into intuitive, scalable user experiences.
• Work with product stakeholders to identify problems and make informed design
decisions based on business goals, user needs, and product metrics.
• Proactively find opportunities to improve existing products and user journeys.
Banking & Payment UX
• Design and improve banking dashboards, payment flows, transaction management, and
merchant-facing applications, considering regulatory and technical constraints.
• Design complete user journeys, including empty, loading, error, success, and edge-case
states.
• Ensure consistency and usability across web and mobile.
AI-Assisted Design
• Use AI tools (Figma AI, Claude, v0.dev, or similar) to explore UI variations, generate
concepts, and build interactive prototypes.
• Experiment with emerging AI capabilities and integrate them into everyday design
processes.
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for usability, consistency, and alignment with
requirements.
Design Systems & Collaboration
• Contribute to existing design systems, UI components, and patterns.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Frontend Developers, Solution Architects, System
Analysts, and QA Engineers to ensure solutions are technically feasible.
• Prepare clear specifications and support implementation through development.
Research & Validation
• Conduct competitive analysis and evaluate existing user journeys.
• Use user feedback, research, and product data to inform decisions.
• Participate in usability testing and keep improving experiences based on feedback and
performance.

What We’re Looking For
• 6+ years in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or related roles, focused on digital products.
• 4+ years designing for Banking, Fintech, Payments, or related financial services.
• Strong product thinking: understanding business goals, identifying user problems,
challenging requirements, and proposing effective solutions.
• Proven end-to-end ownership, from discovery and concept to implementation.
• A strong portfolio showing complex interfaces, user journeys, and the reasoning behind
design decisions.
• Advanced Figma skills (components, auto-layout, variables, prototyping).
• Experience with design systems and reusable UI components.
• Hands-on use of AI tools in daily design work (ideation, UI generation, prototyping,
exploration).
• Strong grasp of interaction design, usability, and complex multi-state flows.
• Understanding of frontend principles and technical constraints.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate cross-functionally, and clearly communicate
design decisions
