Experience and skills

• Proven experience as an O365 Subject Matter Expert or similar role.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 services: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and security/compliance features.
• Hands-on experience with migration and integration projects in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of Entra ID, Conditional Access, and Identity Management.
• Project management skills with experience in leading technical initiatives.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Microsoft certifications such as MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator), MS-700 (Teams Administrator) or any other relevant MS cloud certificate

• Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting.
