  • Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, efficiently, and within the approved budgets and timelines.
  • Coordinate with creative and technical teams to ensure assets, tracking, and campaign requirements are ready before launch.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and post-campaign reports.
  • Analyse performance across platforms, audiences, creatives, formats, and markets.
  • Translate campaign data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Support campaign forecasting, measurement, attribution, and tracking initiatives.
  • Ensure reporting accuracy and consistency across platforms and dashboards.
  • Use data to recommend budget reallocations and improve overall media effectiveness.
  • Support day-to-day communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in campaign reviews, status meetings, and planning sessions.
  • Present media plans, campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.
  • Manage assigned deliverables and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Respond proactively to client requests and campaign-related challenges.
  • Build trusted relationships by providing clear, accurate, and commercially relevant recommendations.
  • Collaborate with planning, performance, programmatic, analytics, creative, finance, and account management teams.
  • Coordinate with media partners and platform representatives to identify optimization and growth opportunities.
  • Support junior team members by reviewing their work and sharing platform and campaign knowledge.
  • Contribute to new-business pitches, media proposals, and strategic presentations.
  • Maintain accurate campaign documentation, budget trackers, and financial records.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience managing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Experience with additional platforms such as TikTok, Snapchat, DV360, SA360, or other programmatic platforms is an advantage.
