Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to execute and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Quillbot’s global markets. Reporting to the Manager, Performance Marketing, you will own day-to-day campaign performance across our primary paid channels and use structured testing and analysis to improve CAC, ROAS, and LTV. You will partner with Creative, Product, Data, and Engineering to improve campaigns, landing pages, tracking, and measurement. This is a senior individual contributor role with direct ownership of campaign execution, optimization, and performance recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and optimize campaigns across multiple channels and objectives, starting with Mobile App, Remarketing and Acquisition campaigns for established and new products, while supporting new channels and objectives as our mix evolves.
• Setup campaigns on certain channels, quality assurance, bidding, targeting, pacing, creative rotation, and tracking.
• Analyze performance across products, markets, audiences, and channels; connect media metrics to conversion, revenue, CAC, and LTV; and identify opportunities to improve acquisition efficiency across the funnel.
• Manage spend within approved budgets and recommend reallocations based on performance and growth opportunities.
• Design and run structured tests across creative, audiences, landing pages, bidding strategies, and campaign formats.
• Partner with Creative and Product to turn performance findings into stronger ads and landing-page improvements.
• Partner with Data and Engineering to validate campaign tracking and apply attribution and incrementality insights to optimization decisions.
• Own and optimize remarketing campaigns across paid channels, targeting lapsed and engaged users through audience segmentation, creative sequencing, and frequency to drive re-engagement, retention, and repeat conversion.

Qualifications 

• Bring 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, preferably within a B2C subscription or consumer technology business.
• Demonstrate success optimizing multi-channel campaigns, managing pacing, and making data-based budget recommendations against acquisition and revenue goals.
• Bring deep hands-on experience with Apple Search Ads, Google, Meta and TikTok.
• Use strong analytical judgment to diagnose performance changes, prioritize opportunities, and translate data into practical campaign actions.
• Understand attribution and incrementality concepts and use measurement findings to inform campaign decisions.
• Communicate performance findings and recommendations clearly through dashboards, written updates, and structured presentations.
• Collaborate effectively across remote, cross-functional teams and manage multiple campaigns and priorities with a high degree of ownership.
• Bring experience executing campaigns across international markets, including the United States, United Kingdom, or European Union.
• Work confidently with GA4 and campaign reporting or visualization tools such as Looker.
• Have experience applying findings from incrementality tests or marketing mix models to inform campaign decisions.
