As the Senior Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, shaping, and optimising our digital campaigns while also working with various internal teams to develop end-to-end marketing strategies.

In this role, you will:

• Assist the team in the development of the overall digital marketing strategy across a broad range of digital marketing channels and drive the strategy on some core set of projects and initiatives
• Identify trends and insights and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
• Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
• Completely understand  existing tracking and funnels
• Assist in setting up pixel implementation, conversions and event tracking
• Analyse data to identify problems and opportunities
• Produce effective ad copies
• Define OKRs for channel experiences

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university

• 3-5 years’ of prior experience in Digital Marketing
• Well versed with all digital tools and their execution (In depth practical experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital marketing channels)
• Understanding of web analytics (experience with Google Analytics is preferred)
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, user journeys, digital strategy, and best practices
• Strong technical and data analysis skills
• Strong skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluency in English
• Sharp strategic thinking and ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data/insights into a strong targeted marketing strategy
• Excellent communication and literacy skills
• Self-motivated & willing to take on new challenges
