We’re looking for a Senior Paid Marketing Manager, Paid Social to join the Paid Marketing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping our growth trajectory over the coming years. Reporting into the Head of Paid Marketing, you will be responsible for leading our Paid Social strategy, identifying and driving forward new opportunities, and setting the strategic direction for some of our highest-spend acquisition channels.
You’ll work at the intersection of performance media, creative strategy, and cross-functional product marketing. You will own the roadmap for channels like Meta and TikTok across our entire product mix, be a key partner to our internal design team in our established creative testing loop, and additionally act as the dedicated performance marketing lead to help scale our Investing and Pensions products.
What You'll Do
Lead the channel strategy & growth: Own the roadmap for our Paid Social channels (including Meta and TikTok) across all product categories. You will autonomously manage a significant budget, driving user acquisition across both mobile app and web funnels, and implement structured trials to scale new channels (e.g. Reddit)
Balance strategy with execution: While this is a highly strategic role, we are a fast-moving business. You will need to be just as comfortable rolling up your sleeves, getting into the ad platforms, and executing hands-on when needed
Drive the creative testing loop: Partner closely with our internal design team, providing crucial data-driven input and collaboration to ensure we consistently identify winning creative concepts
Act as the cross-functional product lead: Alongside your channel-wide remit, you will gain broader experience within Moneybox by acting as the performance marketing lead for Investing and Pensions. You will embed yourself within the product squads to align marketing with commercial roadmaps and tackle strategic challenges to scale these products
Champion a commercial mindset: Drive a highly data-centric marketing approach with a strict emphasis on customer value, efficiency, and payback
Maintain an edge in the market: Hold expert-level knowledge across our product categories and competitors to strategically gain a competitive advantage in the social landscape
Share expertise & manage partners: Share marketing best practice, coach more junior team members, and source and manage third-party providers or platform reps where necessary

Experience & Skills
Minimum 7 years’ relevant performance marketing experience, with a deep specialism in Paid Social
Proven track record of managing large budgets and delivering results across core social channels (Meta, TikTok) and testing emerging platforms
Strong knowledge of marketing across both app and web
Strong experience partnering closely with design teams to drive and input into structured creative testing frameworks
Experience acting as a cross-functional lead or partnering closely with product teams to drive acquisition strategy
Data-driven and highly numerate, with a strong focus on CPA, customer value, and ROI optimisation
Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Able to work autonomously as a strategic lead, while also collaborating effectively as part of a wider team
