Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendar of assigned EXCO's schedules.

- Set up meetings for assigned EXCO

- Assist assigned EXCO in logistics arrangement (travel/business trip, leave notification email)

- Assist assigned EXCO in payments activities

- Responsible for preparing documents for assigned EXCO (translation, presentation decks, etc.)

- Responsible in arranging logistics and meetings for guests from Group Office

- Support in organizing assigned EXCO’s team events

- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree

- From 3 years of working experience, with at least 2 years in similar role

- Good at Power Point is a plus

- Detail-oriented, time management and well-organizing skill

- Good at Microsoft office such as excel, work, power-point and others related application

- Fluent at verbal and written for both English and Vietnamese
